The Home Visitor is responsible for planning, implementing, and reporting on home visits, family engagement activities, connecting families with resources, and conducting recruitment and community outreach. Duties include completing required home visit frequencies, conducting developmental screenings, and maintaining accurate records according to funder guidelines and curriculum.
Required education includes an Associate's degree in social work, Early Childhood Education (ECE), or a related field, along with a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and three years of experience working with families with young children. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
