The specialist assists with the daily planning and implementation of core sports and healthy lifestyles programs for youth members, ensuring activities align with the organization's mission and goals. Key duties include running sports leagues, establishing leadership clubs, coordinating transportation for games, and conducting daily physical activities and healthy lifestyle programs.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least one year of experience working with elementary, middle school, or teen populations, along with a valid driver's license. Essential qualities include patience, kindness, enjoyment of working with children, strong customer service skills, athleticism, and the ability to be self-Directed and a positive role model.
