Teacher Aide

The teacher aide is responsible for the care and supervision of preschool children aged 3 to 5 years old, including assisting with lesson planning and teaching basic early education concepts. Duties also involve supervising indoor and outdoor play time and informing parents about the child's daily activities.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or ged plus two years of experience working with children, which can be paid or unpaid, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Candidates must also be able to provide acceptable state clearances and demonstrate the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
