Training and Development Specialist - AWS

This role is responsible for developing training and development resources, executing new hire and clinical training, and ensuring the ongoing development of all aws staff. The specialist will support new program rollouts by coordinating training, fostering standardization, and preparing staff for service delivery and audit processes.

A bachelor's degree in allied health or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 4 years in an industrial setting or 7 years in a professional setting. Candidates must hold a certified/Licensed at, pta, or rn certification and be cpr certified.
