Seasonal Summer Camp Coach

Camp coaches are responsible for teaching the kidstrong curriculum to groups of up to 20 children aged 4-9, ensuring the camp starts and ends on schedule while maintaining a dynamic and professional demeanor. Key duties include supervising camper safety, managing program implementation, maintaining facility cleanliness, and accurately recording class data using the company app.

The ideal candidate must have a strong passion for working with children, preferably with prior coaching experience for ages 4-9, and comfort speaking with parents about incidents. Candidates should possess intermediate knowledge of physiology and exercise technique, be cpr certified, and be physically capable of moving equipment up to 25 pounds and covering multiple miles during a shift.
