The Classroom Aide supports the lead teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled learning environment for students. The aide assists with instructional activities, classroom management, and student supervision while helping to foster the Catholic identity and values of the school.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the teacher with classroom instruction and activities.
Support individual or small group learning under teacher guidance.
Help maintain an organized and clean classroom environment.
Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and recess.
Reinforce positive behavior and the school’s Catholic values.
Prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
Assist with clerical duties as needed (e.g., copying, filing).
Participate in staff meetings and trainings as required.
Job Requirements
Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
