Occupational Therapist PRN Home Health

The occupational therapist is responsible for developing and implementing occupational therapy plans of care for patients, conducting assessments, and providing education to patients and families. They also supervise paraprofessionals and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care.

A bachelor of science in occupational therapy is required, along with at least one year of experience in an acute care, home health, or rehabilitation setting. An active and unencumbered occupational therapist license in the state of employment is also necessary.
