Home Health Clinical Educator

The clinical educator develops and maintains standardized curricula and learning plans, applying adult learning theory to create engaging, measurable educational content for home health clinicians. This role facilitates comprehensive onboarding, delivers clinical education across multiple modalities, and supports documentation standards like oasis.

Candidates must possess a relevant clinical degree (Nursing, pt, ot, slp, or msw) with active licensure and a minimum of three years of home health clinical experience. Knowledge of home health regulations and documentation standards, including oasis, is required for nursing and therapy candidates.
