PRN Occupational Therapist (OT)

The home health occupational therapist is responsible for providing quality rehabilitative occupational therapy to clients, including developing care plans and conducting patient assessments. They also supervise paraprofessionals and ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations.

A bachelor of science in occupational therapy is required, along with at least one year of experience in a relevant setting. An active and unencumbered occupational therapist license in the state of employment is also necessary.
