Core responsibilities
The case manager is responsible for assessing, planning, and skill transferring recovery treatment and support plans for adults and youth with a mental health diagnosis and/Or on the autism spectrum. They provide intensive therapeutic services in various settings and collaborate with the treatment team to implement recovery plans.
Requirements summary
The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or a similar field. Experience in the behavioral health field and a valid pa driver’s license with a clean driving record are also required.
