Behavioral Health Technician- School Based

The technician implements behavior modification intervention plans developed by the team and intervenes when problem behaviors occur, which may involve removing the child or talking with them about their actions. Responsibilities also include maintaining progress records, reporting daily to the therapist, and providing skills training and education to families.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, and hold a valid pennsylvania driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle. Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting, along with training in family systems, is preferred, as is two years of experience in mental/Behavioral health.
