Core responsibilities
The behavioral specialist will collaborate with the treatment team to assess and design recovery-Oriented treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses. They will provide intensive therapeutic services in various settings and lead the development of behavioral support interventions.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a master's degree in a relevant field and be licensed or certified as a behavior specialist or similar. A minimum of one year of experience in the behavioral health field is required, along with a valid pa driver's license.
