Core responsibilities
Responsibilities include providing one-On-One therapy to clients in various settings, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by bcbas, and accurately collecting and recording data on client behaviors. The role also requires assisting clients in acquiring functional skills and providing training and support to parents/Caregivers.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a passion for working with children, a high school diploma or ged, and must meet all bacb eligibility requirements to obtain rbt certification, passing the exam within the training period. Physical requirements include the capacity to move quickly, de-Escalate potentially aggressive behavior, and lift up to 50 pounds.
