Speech Pathologist - ProHealth Home Care - 0.5 FTE, Days

The speech pathologist evaluates and treats patients with communication and swallowing impairments, collaborating with other healthcare practitioners. They are responsible for directing and supervising the delivery of speech pathology care for assigned patients.

Candidates must have a master's degree in speech language pathology, ccc certification, and a current wisconsin speech language pathologist license. Additionally, 1-2 years of related experience and a valid wisconsin driver's license are required.
