Behavior Technician BT Work With Kids

Behavior technicians implement treatment plans by engaging children on the autism spectrum in fun activities to increase desirable skills and decrease challenging behaviors using an applied behavior analysis approach. Responsibilities include observing client reactions, implementing goals, and documenting progress.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have availability to work full-Time monday through friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, and possess a high school diploma or ged. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience working with special needs children are preferred.
