Behavior Technician BT Work With Kids

Behavior technicians will implement a results-Oriented approach based on applied behavior analysis (Aba) to assess client interactions and help build skills while documenting progress. This involves encouraging young learners and incorporating targets from individualized treatment plans to facilitate communication and enhance daily independence.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and available to work full-Time monday through friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, holding a high school diploma or ged. A bachelor's degree in a related field and experience working with children with special needs are preferred.
