Teacher, Elementary (2026-2027 School Year)

Teachers are responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing instructional activities to meet the diverse needs of k-8 scholars, while establishing a culture of high expectations aligned with tennessee state standards. This includes designing engaging lessons, providing timely feedback, communicating with families, and fostering critical thinking in a positive classroom environment.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, along with a valid tennessee teaching license or one from a reciprocal state. Required experience includes a proven track record of academic achievement and demonstrated effectiveness working with k-5 students, especially those significantly behind grade level in reading.
