Behavior Technician - Childcare Experience Welcome!

The role involves providing direct one-On-One intervention to children with autism by implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity and safely managing challenging behaviors. Responsibilities also include accurate data collection, professional communication with supervisors and families, and adapting to evolving schedules and clinical software.

This is an entry-Level position that is emotionally and physically demanding, requiring resilience, motivation, and consistency, although full training is provided. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with prior aba experience or a relevant degree being preferred but not required.
