Workforce Development (WFD) Instructor - GED

Instructors are responsible for teaching high school equivalency exam (Ged) content areas to adult students using contextualized and accelerated approaches focused on college and career readiness. This includes developing curriculum, fostering critical thinking, and documenting student progress toward mastery of academic standards.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree in secondary education or a related field, along with two or more years of experience teaching adults. Candidates must also comply with pa child protective service laws and be prepared to provide their own technology equipment.
