Early Childhood Educator Sports Coach

The role involves coaching a multi-Sport enrichment program for children using ready-Made curriculums, focusing on individual attention and a non-Competitive approach to ensure fun and success. Coaches must use positive reinforcement to encourage children and commit to continuous improvement through ongoing training.

Candidates must be available for classes primarily during morning and early afternoon hours, as well as weekends, and be willing to travel up to 30-45 minutes to class locations. All coaches must adhere to the coaching manual and curriculum, and be open to feedback and continuous training.
