Undergraduate Admissions Counselor

The admissions counselor performs recruitment, admission, and enrollment functions, serving as an integral part of the team by participating in recruitment and conversion functions and events. Duties include counseling prospective students, managing assigned geographic territories to achieve enrollment goals, and actively participating in admissions events on and off campus, which requires extensive travel.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in communication, education, management, or a related field, along with one year of experience at a college or university, including experience working with diverse populations. Required competencies include knowledge of crm software and technical proficiency in various computer applications, alongside possessing a valid driver's license and availability for evening and weekend work.
