Boys Soccer Head Coach

The middle school boys soccer coach is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the boys’ soccer team, providing a safe, educational, and positive environment for student-Athletes. Key duties include planning practices, teaching soccer skills and strategies, managing games, ensuring safety and compliance, and handling administrative tasks like record keeping and logistics.

Candidates must possess strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies, along with excellent leadership and communication skills to foster a positive team environment. A mandatory requirement is holding a ct coaching certification.
