Caregiver/Direct Support Professional (Floater)

The role involves assisting adults with developmental disabilities to live their best lives by providing basic care in hygiene and toileting, and working as a team to ensure a safe environment. Professionals must also be able to identify crisis situations and implement necessary prevention and intervention procedures.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. A valid florida driver's license, successful level ii background check, physical, drug screen, and completion of provided crisis management training are also mandatory.
