Student Contract (Resident Assistant)

The resident assistant (Ra) works under supervision to facilitate an environment within the residence hall community that promotes the educational experience of residential living. The ra must articulate residence life and university philosophy and policies to residents while representing student needs to the administration.

Applicants must be directed by the office of residence life to apply for the 2026-2027 academic year and must be a professing christian who completes the statement of faith. Candidates must be enrolled full-Time sophomores, juniors, seniors, or graduate students maintaining at least a 3.0 gpa, have prior residence hall living experience, and must not have disciplinary sanctions equal to or greater than disciplinary probation.
