Assistant Softball Coach

The assistant softball coach assists the head coach and director of athletics in all aspects of running a successful college-Level intercollegiate athletic program, focusing on student-Athlete spiritual growth and academic success. Key duties include instructing athletes in sport-Specific skills, supervising practices and games, and ensuring adherence to ncaa rules and university standards.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with one or more years of successful coaching experience at the high school, college, or private level. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, strategic planning skills, the ability to manage a pitching staff, and a commitment to integrating faith into coaching interactions.
