Job description

Be part of the team that helps connect prospective students with their future! As a Student Worker with the National Recruitment team, you'll play an important behind-the-scenes role keeping our recruitment efforts running smoothly. Day-to-day tasks may include data entry, inventory management, packing recruitment materials, communications support, and providing general administrative support to the team.

From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to assist with recruitment events and outreach activities, such as tabling events or information sessions, as needed.

Additional administrative support may be assigned by the Assistant Director of National Recruitment and/or Director of Outreach & Partnerships, and other duties may be assigned as needed to support the mission and daily operations of the National Recruitment team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated interest in supporting university recruitment and prospective students.
  • Familiarity with university programs, activities and student life, or willingness to learn.
  • Basic proficiency with email, word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to multi-task when given multiple projects.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience participating in or supporting student organizations or campus events.
