This role involves assuring all orientation programs for new nursing staff meet regulatory requirements and coordinating educational needs assessments for staff transfers. The specialist will also plan, teach, and document continuing nursing education programs to enhance staff knowledge.

Candidates must possess a bsn and a master's degree in nursing or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience. Required certifications include current nj rn licensure, aha bls, acls, and pals certifications, with bls instructor certification also mandatory.
