Wilderness Leader

Wilderness leaders are responsible for ensuring a safe and positive experience for all students and adults during the expedition, which includes managing physical and emotional safety in a remote environment. They must also plan and facilitate activities, lessons, and group discussions while working cooperatively with diverse groups.

Candidates must possess a current cpr certification valid through april 2026 and be sufficiently fit to participate in all assigned duties while maintaining focus to aid participants. The role requires mental stamina, adaptability, and emotional maturity to thrive in a challenging, remote setting while working 24/7 with students and co-Leaders.
