Eating Disorders Group Facilitator

The eating disorders group facilitator leads daily therapeutic groups within the partial hospital program for clients with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder, ensuring adherence to professional standards. This role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, fostering a safe therapeutic space, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal recovery.

A bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required, along with 1-2 years of experience working in eating disorder treatment providing direct support. Candidates must possess strong skills in multitasking, collaboration, communication, empathy, and leadership, and be able to manage crisis situations professionally.
