Early Head Start Family Educator - Start in June

The family educator plans and implements comprehensive child development and family support services primarily through weekly home visits using the parents as teachers curriculum for children birth-To-3 and expectant families. Responsibilities also include conducting child screenings, developing individualized readiness plans, supporting family goals, and participating in team reviews and family events.

Minimum qualifications require a home visitor cda credential or an associate's degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field, along with access to an insured vehicle and completion of various background checks and health screenings. Candidates must also obtain cpr/First aid, hiv/Aids, and food handler certifications within 30 days of hire.
