Family Advocate, Quincy Place

The family advocate will build relationships with families to assess strengths, determine needs using case management skills, and collaborate on developing goals and connecting them to essential resources. This role also involves analyzing data to monitor critical areas for family thriving and supporting classroom staff and student recruitment efforts within the early learning center team.

The role requires building strong family relationships to encourage attendance, participation, and enrollment, alongside interpreting data to support family well-Being across various service areas. All staff members are mandated reporters of known or suspected child abuse.
