Core responsibilities
The teacher will lead instruction for students with individualized education plans (Ieps) by designing personalized learning experiences, delivering targeted instruction, and integrating innovative curriculum and software. Key duties include fostering an inclusive environment, implementing pbis strategies, tracking student progress, and managing iep development and implementation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field and hold or be in the process of obtaining an arkansas state teaching credential and special education endorsement. Prior experience with curriculum development, differentiation, special education compliance, and working with ieps is highly preferred.
