Temporary Summer Registered Nurse

The temporary summer registered nurse is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all participants and staff by overseeing the overnight residential health center and maintaining compliance with state regulations. This role involves responding to all camp medical needs, administering medications, and serving as the primary overnight medical response for on-Site emergencies.

Applicants must be a licensed rn, aprn, lpn, paramedic, or emt licensed in connecticut, holding current certifications in first aid, cpr for the professional rescuer with aed, and medical administration. Required qualifications include strong communication and organizational skills, experience working with children, and the ability to reside on-Site for the entire season.
