English Language Learner Teacher - Minnesota Connections Academy

The english learner teacher will manage instructional programs for k-12 students remotely, collaborating with general education teachers and consulting regularly with learning coaches and students via phone and internet. Key duties include managing the entire lep process, coordinating language proficiency screenings and testing, and delivering virtual instruction using various curriculum tools.

Candidates must be highly qualified to teach esl in minnesota, holding valid esl certification for grades 3-12, and possess strong technology skills, especially with google suite. Experience directly teaching el students is preferred, and bilingualism is a plus, though not required.
