Workforce Readiness Trainer

The trainer will facilitate workforce readiness training modules using engaging instruction methods and coach participants on professional development skills like resume creation and interviewing. Additionally, they will supervise participants during offsite experiential learning and act as the site lead managing logistics and documentation.

Candidates should possess strong facilitation skills, the ability to coach adults toward professional growth, and confidence in using independent judgment while working offsite. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with at least two years of training experience and proficiency in microsoft office.
