Employment Training Specialist

The employment training specialist supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their employment goals through job development, on-Site coaching, and vocational training. They also manage a caseload, coordinate with care managers, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and person-Centered plans.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience providing vocational services to individuals with disabilities. The role requires the ability to travel throughout the assigned region, basic computer skills, and the physical capacity to assist individuals in various work environments.
