Core responsibilities
Professionals will conduct positive support services sessions with individuals aged 21 or older and their caregivers, developing and implementing proactive, person-Centered treatment plans using principles of positive behavior support and applied behavior analysis. Responsibilities also include providing assessment and intervention in community settings and supporting caregivers through behavioral skills training.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree, bcba, bcba-D, or bcaba certification, and licensed behavior analyst (Lba) licensure. Preferred experience includes positive behavior support and person-Centered practices, along with previous experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and a valid minnesota driver's license.
