A Work-Fit Fitness Instructor/Specialist is responsible for supporting current Work-Fit program needs to exceed customer expectations by collaborating on the planning, organizing, communicating, developing, delivering, and measuring of Work-Fit services. A Fitness Instructor/Specialist will contribute to the advancement of Work-Fit’s quality and compliance to support service growth and excellence.

Maintain a consistent and flexible schedule to meet the needs of the Work-Fit Team and Work-Fit customers.
