Bachelor Level Behavior Monitor | Bilingual English to Spanish or Portuguese |Boston

The bachelor’s level clinician (Behavior monitor) implements the behavior treatment plan, monitors youth behavior, and reinforces plan implementation by caregivers while working closely with an in-Home behavior therapist. Duties include coaching parents on behavioral interventions, providing outreach services in homes, documenting progress, and tracking data.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related human services field along with one year of directly relevant experience working with youth needing behavior management for mental health needs. A valid driver's license is also a mandatory requirement for this role.
