Family Partner | Bilingual English to Spanish or Portuguese | Boston

The family partner directly supports families receiving clinical services by mentoring them, helping them navigate child-Serving systems, and assisting in obtaining services and following care plans. This role involves educating caregivers, attending coordination meetings, and facilitating access to informal and community resources.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or hiset along with a minimum of two years of experience working with children or adolescents, preferably including experience as a caregiver for a youth with special needs, ideally mental health issues. A requirement includes being bilingual in spanish/English or portuguese, having experience navigating child and family-Serving systems, and possessing a valid driver's license and vehicle availability.
