Youth Mentor | Bilingual English to Spanish or Portuguese | Boston, MA

The therapeutic mentor provides structured, one-To-One, strength-Based support services to youth under 21 to address daily living, social, and communication needs through coaching and training in age-Appropriate behaviors. Responsibilities include engaging youth in activities aligned with treatment plans, maintaining regular contact, collaborating with external parties like case managers and probation officers, and submitting detailed progress reports.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and must have a valid driver's license, automobile, and proper insurance. A minimum of two years of experience working or volunteering with youth is required, and bilingual proficiency in spanish or portuguese is preferred.
