Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will work one-On-One with children aged 18 months to 8 years, providing play-Based aba therapy while following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include helping children learn through various activities and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy space.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and be able to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 30lbs and frequently getting on and off the floor while maintaining an active pace. Commitment to teamwork and consistent attendance is also required.
