Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and engaging children through various activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe therapy space while staying active throughout sessions.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain physical activity including frequent movement on and off the floor. A commitment to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire and consistent attendance are mandatory.
