Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and facilitate learning through various activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe therapy space and staying actively engaged with the children throughout sessions.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a bachelor's degree, with willingness to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly on the floor.
