Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with children aged 18 months to 8 years, providing play-Based aba therapy while following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean therapy space, and communicating effectively with the team.

Applicants must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have already passed the rbt exam, in addition to being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. Candidates need the physical ability to lift up to 30lbs, move quickly, and frequently get on and off the floor while maintaining consistent attendance.
