FCH Case Manager

This role involves supporting and strengthening resource families to provide safe care for children in out-Of-Home placement by developing individualized service plans and providing direct aftercare services. The manager also actively engages the community to recruit prospective foster and adoptive families and guides them through the licensure process.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work or a human services field and have two years of direct service experience in child welfare. Applicants must also be at least 21 years old and pass various background checks, including a drug screen and criminal history check.
