Core responsibilities
Technicians will deliver center-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy sessions to young children using individualized treatment plans, while consistently collecting and summarizing behavioral data to track progress. Responsibilities also include implementing skill-Acquisition programs and behavior-Reduction protocols, building positive rapport with families, and maintaining a safe, organized therapy space.
Requirements summary
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or ged, reliable transportation, and strong organizational and analytical skills, with a willingness to obtain rbt certification within 60 days if not already certified. Preferred candidates have current rbt credentials and experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) or developmental delays.
