Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and communicating with the team. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy space.

Applicants must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have already passed the rbt exam, in addition to being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 30lbs and frequently moving quickly on the floor with young children.
