Medical Assistant Training Coach - San Francisco

The training coach - Ma is responsible for executing the practical skills training phase for new and existing team members, focusing on teaching critical thinking and high-Level competencies using a competency-Based model. Duties also include providing direct support to medical providers, radiologic technologists, and patients through various clinical and administrative tasks.

Candidates should ideally be graduates of a medical assistant program with preferred experience, or possess at least two years of experience under a licensed healthcare supervisor within the last three years, along with required training experience. A variety of specific medical assistant certifications are required upon hire, or alternative certifications/Education are accepted, alongside mandatory basic life support and obtaining cpoe certification shortly after starting.
