Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include keeping therapy spaces clean, safe, and engaging actively with the children through movement, reading, and hands-On activities.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a bachelor's degree, with a willingness to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly while maintaining an active pace.
